We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment and hand-package it with care. We guarantee our gifts to be of the highest quality, and we strive to maintain this quality throughout your experience with us.

Refunds or Returns

Since we started our business 20 years ago, we are happy to report that we have never had a customer request a refund or return. That said, our commitment is this: if you are not satisfied with the condition of any of our products, you can contact us and trust us to do the right thing.

Any refunds or replacement claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damages or non-delivery claims if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package once delivery date is set, or if incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
